He has been instrumental in drafting the National MICE Policy and has chaired major conferences such as the Convention India Conclave and India Tourism Mart. Recognized with numerous awards, including Tourism Professional of the Year and Best MICE Company, he is a frequent speaker at national and international forums. As a founder of the India Advantage Foundation, he promotes sustainable tourism and has been a key advocate for volunteer and rural tourism.”

Nangoi Boham belongs from the beautiful state of the rising sun, Arunachal Pradesh. She has completed her MBA in the department of Tourism and Travel Management from North-Eastern Hill University, Shillong, Meghalaya. She has also done internships in the Polo Orchid Resort, Cherrapunji in the department of F&B (2023), and in the company A.T. Seasons & Vacations Travel Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi (2024). Her ultimate goal is to outspread and raise sustainable way of tourism practices in every part of the country and to share the mesmerizing views and experiences of Arunachal Pradesh, nationally and internationally.
